We are a specialist underwriter of private company D&O liability and public companies listed on the AIM and FTSE250 markets. We work with the full range of businesses and not-for-profit organisations and we specialise strongly in start-up companies.

Policy wordings are designed to provide broad cover for directors and officers, but we operate with a flexible perspective which enables us to respond to specific needs and develop bespoke solutions to meet our clients' insurance requirements. Breathe of cover and initiative ideas are key ingredients of our policies and this approach extends to the type of risk we are willing to contemplate, enabling us to underwrite a wide variety of non-standard risks.

We are not restricted to writing business in the United Kingdom. We can write policies for companies based in any member state of the European Union and Australia and, of course, our policies can provide cover for the insured directors and officers of those companies on a worldwide basis.

We can offer policy limits up to £10 million on a primary or excess basis.
